What types of conferences are eligible?
National and international conferences, seminars, symposiums, workshops, FDPs, research conclaves and university events. Send the theme, dates and paper count and we will confirm whether it fits a proceedings volume.
Will the proceedings get an ISBN?
Yes. The compiled proceedings book receives its own ISBN, as with our other academic books and edited volumes.
Do individual papers receive a DOI?
DOI is assigned to scholarly papers where it applies, using our Crossref prefix 10.63258. We confirm this in the quotation for your volume.
What is included in the published fee?
The listed packages cover compilation, academic formatting, cover, ISBN, the e-proceedings file and website listing. Print copies, colour pages and extra copies are confirmed before payment.
How long does publication take?
Turnaround depends on paper count, revisions and print. After files are complete, a typical volume is produced on a schedule agreed in the proposal — we do not promise a date we cannot keep.
Can we order printed copies?
Yes. The e-Proceedings + Print package includes printed copies. Extra copies and print-on-demand runs are quoted separately, as on the live proceedings service.
Who can apply, and who holds copyright?
Organizing committees, universities, colleges, research bodies and professional societies may apply. Copyright and ethics follow our published terms; contributors keep academic credit on the editor and author pages.
